Hirasar greenfield airport will be dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 27, according to the release. All preparations for the inauguration ceremony have been completed. Rajkot International Airport will be the name of this airport.

"The decision to give this name to Rajkot airport was taken in a video conference with AAl chairman Sanjeev Kumar," airport director Diganta Borah said.

Inventive signage has been installed in the arrival and departure terminals of the airport.

There is personnel for the management of operations and security. The airport's arrivals hall is decorated with artwork depicting local heritage and culture.

The Prime Minister will hold a roadshow from the current airport to the race track site after the official opening of the new airport. He will also give a speech at a meeting there.
