Qatar Airways Cargo has launched Chapter 4 of its 'WeQare' sustainability initiative and dedicates it to its 2,873 distinct individuals, who in Qatar's own words represent "the face and heart of the airline".

The operator further attributed its success to its diverse workforce. Qatar Airways Cargo celebrates diversity and stated: “For Qatar Airways Cargo, diversity is a strength. The COO further emphasized how the operator ran a global business. “Of course, as air freight is an international business, Qatar Airways Cargo is blessed with a very international family of employees. Chapter 4 Diversity is the latest focus topic in WeQare's sustainability initiative, which focuses on the environment, society, the economy and culture. It is a sequel to Chapter 3 - "Let's Stand Together", launched in April this year, to support underprivileged children around the world. Chapter 1 - "One Million Kilos" launched in July 2020, providing free transportation of 1 million kilos of humanitarian aid and medical equipment to charities, and with Chapter 2 - "Rewild the Planet", which began in 2021, Qatar Airways Cargo is committed to preserving wild and endangered animals and returning them to their natural habitat for free.
