The Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) has established a new board for a two-year term 2024-2026, in its 12th Annual General Meeting.
ACFI has appointed Sanjiv Edward, CEO – Cargo and Logistics at GMR Group, as the new President for the term, with the immediate past President Yashpal Sharma, Managing Director, Skyways Group, continuing his support as an Ex-Officio.
“The new governing board is excited and fully charged up looking forward to working together with the ACFI family and scaling new heights. Together we can,” the association said.
ACFI further stated that the new agenda focuses on air cargo infra-development, policy leveraging, ease of doing business, and overall ecosystem development to support air cargo growth in the country.

Sanjiv Edward, CEO of Cargo and Logistics at GMR Group, has been elected as the President. Yashpal Sharma, the Immediate Past President, will continue his support on the board as an Ex-Officio member.
The new board is committed to advancing ACFI’s mission, focusing on air cargo infrastructure development, policy enhancement, ease of doing business, and overall ecosystem improvement to bolster air cargo growth in India.
